Announcing Tribute to the Celtic Poets! Offered in cooperation with the Racine Literacy Council, this pre-event will allow you to be personally involved in the Celtic Night for Literacy! Held Friday March 7th, 6–8 PM at the Racine Literacy Council offices: 734 Lake Ave, Racine.

Jean Prost will teach an evening of basic poetry writing, discussion of Celtic poets as well as the differences between Celtic and American poets, and provide information and trivia on the Celtic nations that will help you in your composition of a poem written in tribute to the Celtic nations. Writing exercises and "idea sparkers" will be available to help you along with your composition. Your poetry creations will then be displayed during the Celtic Night for literacy on Saturday March 8th.

The special event price is only $25.00 with portions of the proceeds to go to the Racine Literacy Council! Help support the Literacy Council while learning and paying tribute to an exciting culture!

We're expanding!

Beginning with the winter semester, those students West of I-94 will have the option of some classes being held in the Waterford area. Anyone interested in classes in that area, The Eloquent Author, LLC with any class suggestions you may have.

In support of literacy, The Eloquent Author, LLC, is proud to announce a cooperative effort with the Racine Literacy Council to promote reading and writing. As a bonus for current and future tutors of the Council, a discount on all classes and workshops will be offered to tutors who register with The Eloquent Author, LLC, School of Writing.
